Luxa Vacation House is located in Panungyanan, a peaceful area between Amadeo and Tagaytay in Cavite — directly beside Kawayan Eco Park and across the road from Eagle Ridge Golf & Country Club. It is about 15–20 minutes from Tagaytay Ridge.

The house has three bedrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, fly-screen windows for fresh air, and a private enclosed garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Guests also have access to the subdivision pool and basketball court nearby.

It suits couples, small families, and close groups who want somewhere comfortable and well-located without the size and noise of a large villa weekend.
